Having difficulty logging into the Lana app?. Here are some tips:
- Every time you log in, you will get a verification code text message* (this is for security). Please enter your verification code to log in to Lana. If you do not receive it please click ‘Resend’.
- If you forgot your password, you can reset it through by going to the login screen and clicking on “Forgot password” at the bottom of the screen (see picture below).
- If you have recently changed phone numbers and cannot receive the verification code, please call us on 786-481-4010 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST). You will then receive an email or text message with the password reset link.
