How do I change my phone number?

If you have access to your prior phone number (required to log in to Lana) and phone, you can log in to you Lana account, and go to the Profile section to update your number. 

If you do not have access to your prior phone number (required to log in to Lana), we have to speak with you directly over the phone in order to ask you some verifying questions. This is for the security of your account. Please call 786-481-4010 during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST), and we’ll change your phone number for you.
