As of March 15, 2022, The lana Visa debit card program is being discontinued.
You will still have access to your funds until this date.

Important Things To Know

  • You will not be able to load funds to your card with cash, direct deposit, money transfers, or any other load methods after February 15, 2022. If you are enrolled in direct deposit, please contact your payor to stop funds from being loaded to your card before then. Please allow enough time to make this change. If you are currently enrolled in direct deposit, please provide your payor with routing and account numbers for a different bank account to avoid any deposits being sent to your closed Lana Visa Debit Card account. Please allow enough time to make this change.
  • Please stop any auto-payments you have set up from your Lana Debit Card account before March 15, 2022, as they will not be processed after this date.
  • Try to spend or transfer any remaining funds and bring your balance to $0 before March 15, 2022. Any funds left on your account after March 15, 2022, will be mailed to you by check to the address we have on file. Please log in to your account at to make sure your mailing address on file is correct before your account closes.
  • You will not be able to request a replacement card for a lost or stolen card after March 1, 2022.
  • You will not be able to access your account after March 15, 2022. We recommend printing or saving your statements for your records before this date. If you need an account statement after March 15, 2022, please contact customer support at (844) 260-0909.
  • Please note, that although the Lana Visa Debit Card program will be discontinued, you will still be able to continue using your Lana account to manage pawns, layaways and EZ+ Rewards from any of our family brands. Please visit for more information.
