Lana does not share phone numbers or other information received through Short Code campaigns with Affiliates or Non-Affiliates for marketing purposes.
Affiliates and Non-Affiliates may use Your Information for any legal purpose, including, but not limited to, providing products to you, improving existing products and services, and contacting you to offer products and services that may be of interest to you. Your Information may also be shared to Affiliates and Non-Affiliates who we have contracted to perform certain functions on our behalf, including database providers, identify verification service providers, and email providers.
We may disclose information we collect if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, including disclosure to law enforcement agencies and other government agencies and disclosure responsive to subpoenas. In some circumstances, you have the right to direct us to not share Your Information with Affiliates and Non-Affiliates (i.e., “Opt-Out”). Please note that even if you do Opt-Out, Lana may still share Your Information as permitted or required by law. Also, we may share information about your transactions or experiences within the Company, its Affiliates, and Non-Affiliates: to facilitate providing our services to you, to administer our business, to receive services from companies under joint marketing agreements, and as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Federal law gives you the right to limit use of your personally identifiable information. You may limit sharing of your personally identifiable information within the Company and with Non-Affiliates for marketing purposes. You may opt out of this sharing, as described in Opting Out of Sharing.
Opting Out of Sharing
To limit sharing Your Information for the marketing of new products and services, as described in this Policy, you may Opt-Out by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your first name, last name, and mailing address. We will stop sharing applicable information as soon as reasonably practicable, and your Opt-Out request will remain in effect until you notify us otherwise in writing.

You understand and agree that we may contact you at the phone numbers or email addresses you provide to us during your use of the application, on our website, and on our social media pages.
