To update your password, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Lana account
- Go to Profile
- Then go to ‘Personal and Login’
- Follow the steps on the screen
After you enter your email, you will receive a text message with a link (data rates may apply). Click the link, and follow the instructions to enter your email and new password. Your password will need to meet the requirements, which are listed on the change password screen.
If you no longer have access to the phone number on file (and therefore cannot receive the reset text message), please call the Lana support team at 786-481-4010 during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST) to update your phone number before attempting to reset your password.
